Carry out the phosphatase lest in accordance with AS 2300.1.10. directly on (he chilled. undiluted sample.
NOTE: Alter pasteurization, reactivation of phosphatase in cream can occur. Care should therefore be exercised in the
interpretation of results.

(b) Reference to this Australian Standard. i.e. AS 5013.2X.
(c) Date of testing.
(d) Any abnormality observed in the physical condition of the container or the product.
